でも、平ロング日帰りの方が運動量が多いことを考えると深刻か?

ちょっとした人に聞いたところ・・・
習慣的に運動している人は体が慣れて、あまり脂肪が落ちないらしいです・・・
つまり登山もしかり・・・。昔は良く落ちたけど、今は・・・ってなってません??
でも運動しないとさらに付いてしまうという罠(笑

あれだけ歩いて減らないどころか
増えたなんて、ガックリですね。

家庭の体脂肪計は体内の水分量が少ない時
体脂肪が多めに出るって聞きました。
私同様汗っかきのTiCAさん
想像するに体内の水分量が少ないのかも???

それか、体重が減っても筋肉量が増えないと
体脂肪が増えるという
怪奇現象が起こるみたいですね。

私も体脂肪がなかなか減りません。きびしーー。

お、お仲間さんがいた。
私も、週末登ったのになぜか増えてます~(T_T)
今朝計ったら、初期値より0.8kg増えてた。がーん。
一応体脂肪率はチョビッと減ったけど、あまりの体重の増えように慰めにもなってない…。

だから~、山登ったって体重は減らないよ!
女性は特に自然現象を我慢するから・・と言うより、
「今、この身体は水分を欲しがるハードな事をしているので水分も外に出さないで、内側に溜めておこう」と
体自体の防衛本能が働いて、水脹れ状態になる。
と何かに書いてあった様な気がします。
ロング縦走下山後2~3日後にトイレが近くなります。

ども。こんばんは。
おととい日曜日の下山後に砂風呂っていうものを初体験したんですが、
これ効きましたよ。
なんと瞬間的に体重が前日差で1.7㎏も減りました。
ちなみに、2日後の今日。
土曜日に比べて600g増えてますけど・・・・・・。

私もこの前「20km体脂肪を減らせ山歩き」の後
体重が増えてましたから・・・

今頃になってTiCAさん 体重がぐんっと落ちたりとかは
してないですか?

ちなみに私は 
仕事で真夜中の帰宅→缶チューハイがやめられない
という怪奇現象におそわれています ヾ(*´∀`*)ノ

こんちは。
釈迦に説法ですが、
体重じゃなくて体脂肪でチェックしてますよね。
筋肉は重いから増量すると体重が増えますが、筋肉が増えると代謝も増えて脂肪が減る構図ですから、時間差があるので諦めないで続けましょうか。

あれだけハード山行でも減らないとは…。当日や翌日は、増えることが良くある気がしていますから、自分の中では、一時的に脂肪が何かの作用を起こして増えたようになる…と勝手に思っています。そのうちに減りますから、大丈夫ではありませんかね。
こちら、何やっても減りません(涙)。6月の殺人的繁盛期に、無駄な体力を使うと、生命活動に支障をきたしそうで、しばらくはあきらめムーディ勝山。

家庭用の体脂肪計は測る時間によって数値が全然違いますよね。なので毎日同じ時間に測るのがいいのだとか。
下山後は体内に水分を溜め込む防衛機能が働いていると思うので多少増えていても仕方ないと思うのですが・・・変化がないというのはコレいかにorz

おおおー(゚д゚;)1.7kgってすごい!!でもおそらく水分が抜けたからそんなに大幅に減ったんでしょうね。あたしも岩盤浴行くとありえないくらい汗かいて、一瞬体重減りますから。
でも、代謝がよくなりそうですよね。お肌ツルツルになりました?

一応、両方測っていますが、気にしているのは体脂肪です。体重はほんとに増減が激しくて、もう気にしないことにしました(笑 体脂肪率はいつも寝る前に測っているのですが、あまり変化なしですねぇ。とりあえず平日のビリーさんを続けるつもりだったのですが、腰痛再発の為しばらくはお休みかな。。諦めずに頑張りますよ!
